These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to RealEstatePlugins.com and applications, widgets, dashboards, and related services provided by RealEstatePlugins.com (collectively, the "Services"). By installing, purchasing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. The Services

RealEstatePlugins provides software tools for real-estate websites, including calculators, lead-generation tools, scheduling and property-management workflows. Features vary by product and subscription plan. We may improve, replace, add, or remove features over time, provided we do not misrepresent the functionality available under a purchased plan.

2. Mortgage and financial estimates

Mortgage Calculator Pro and other financial calculators provide estimates based on user-entered assumptions and mathematical formulas. Results are for informational and planning purposes only. They are not loan offers, credit decisions, appraisals, tax advice, legal advice, financial advice, or guarantees of rates, eligibility, costs, savings, property value, or investment performance. Actual lender terms, taxes, insurance, PMI, HOA charges, closing costs, and other amounts can differ materially.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use calculator results and for obtaining appropriate professional advice before making financial, legal, lending, investment, or real-estate decisions.

3. Wix platform and app installation

Applications distributed through the Wix App Market depend on Wix services and the Wix site on which they are installed. You must maintain any Wix account, permissions, products, or site configuration necessary to operate the app. Wix is a separate service provider and its own terms and policies also apply to your use of Wix.

4. Accounts, permissions, and security

You are responsible for keeping your Wix account and any credentials used with the Services secure. Do not attempt to access another customer's data, bypass subscription restrictions, probe private endpoints, interfere with service operation, or use the Services in a manner that violates law or another person's rights.

5. Site-owner responsibilities

If you install a RealEstatePlugins app on a site, you are responsible for the content and business practices of that site and for your independent use of information submitted by your visitors. This includes providing any notices and obtaining any consent required by law for follow-up communications, marketing, cookies, analytics, or other processing you choose to perform.

You must not use the Services to send unlawful or unsolicited communications, discriminate unlawfully, collect information you are not permitted to collect, or make misleading claims about financial products, properties, offers, tenants, applicants, or other persons.

6. Visitor submissions and communications

Some features allow visitors to submit contact information, request emailed results, schedule a showing, or provide other information to a site owner. You may use those features only for legitimate business purposes related to the visitor's request and in compliance with applicable consent, privacy, communications, fair-housing, consumer-protection, and other laws.

7. Subscription plans and billing

For applications purchased through the Wix App Market, Wix handles subscription checkout, billing, cancellation, and applicable taxes according to the pricing plan displayed by Wix. Paid features remain subject to the plan status Wix reports for the installed app instance. Cancellation of renewal does not necessarily terminate paid access immediately; access may continue through the paid subscription period as determined by Wix.

Prices and plan features may change for future purchases or renewal periods as permitted by the applicable marketplace rules. The total price presented through Wix at checkout controls the charge for that purchase.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, visual design, documentation, trademarks, and original content, are owned by or licensed to RealEstatePlugins and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the applicable Service for the Wix site or account for which it was installed, subject to these Terms and the applicable plan.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, circumvent access controls, or create a competing derivative of protected portions of the Services except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by law.

9. Your content

You retain ownership of content and data you lawfully submit to the Services. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise handle that content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services and to comply with law.

10. Third-party services

The Services may depend on or integrate with third-party platforms, infrastructure, email providers, APIs, or other services. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, data, or functionality controlled solely by a third party, although we will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain integrations we represent as supported.

11. Availability and support

We work to keep the Services available and reliable, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, Internet failures, platform changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. 12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that estimates, third-party data, or service availability will be error-free or meet a particular business outcome.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RealEstatePlugins will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost opportunities, or loss of data arising from use of or inability to use the Services. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, comply with law, address abuse or security risks, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using an app by uninstalling it and may manage paid-plan renewal through Wix. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and legal provisions, will survive.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how RealEstatePlugins processes personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, security, or marketplace changes. We will post updated Terms at this URL and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after an applicable update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
