RealEstatePlugins.com ("RealEstatePlugins," "we," "us," or "our") provides website tools and applications for real estate professionals, including applications distributed through the Wix App Market. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use our website, install or manage one of our applications, or submit information through a RealEstatePlugins-powered widget on a customer's website.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to: (1) visitors to RealEstatePlugins.com; (2) Wix site owners and authorized collaborators who install or manage our applications; and (3) visitors who choose to submit information through a RealEstatePlugins-powered widget on a customer's site.

Information we collect

App installation and account information

When a Wix site installs one of our applications, we may receive and store identifiers and account information supplied by Wix, such as the app instance ID, app version, subscription/plan information, installation status, site information, and business or owner contact information made available to the app. We use the app instance ID to keep each site's data separate.

Site-owner settings

We store settings that a site owner configures for the application. Depending on the product, this may include company name, notification or reply-to email addresses, language/currency preferences, display settings, and integration/webhook configuration.

Calculator and product telemetry

Our applications may record operational events such as a widget loading, a calculation being completed, a settings screen being opened, or an upgrade button being selected. Browser telemetry is designed to exclude direct contact/address fields and is limited in size. We use this information to operate the service, measure product usage, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

Visitor-submitted lead information

Some paid features let a site visitor choose to email themselves a result, request follow-up, sign in, schedule, submit an application, or otherwise provide information to the site owner. When a visitor affirmatively submits one of these forms, we may process the information they provide, such as name, email address, phone number, the page/source of the request, form responses, relevant calculation or transaction details, and a record of the consent presented with the submission. The exact information depends on the app and the form the site owner has configured.

For Mortgage Calculator Pro, detailed mortgage inputs/results and contact information are stored as lead data only when the visitor uses the optional consent-based lead/email-results flow. The basic calculator does not require a visitor to provide contact information.

Technical and security information

Our servers and service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser/user-agent information, request timestamps, error information, and security/audit events. We use this information to deliver the service, secure our systems, investigate abuse, and troubleshoot errors.

How we use information

We use information to provide and operate our applications; authenticate Wix app instances; apply subscription entitlements; save site-owner configuration; calculate or deliver requested results; provide dashboards and reports; send user-requested or operational emails; prevent fraud and abuse; monitor reliability; provide support; comply with law; and improve our products.

We do not use a Wix customer's site-visitor contact information to build our own marketing contact database, and we do not sell site-visitor personal information to third parties.

How information is shared

Information may be disclosed in the following limited circumstances:

• With the Wix site owner: Information a site visitor submits through a customer's widget is provided to or made available to that customer so they can respond to the request.
• With Wix: We exchange app identity, installation, billing/plan, and other integration information as necessary to operate the app on Wix.
• With service providers: We use infrastructure, hosting, email-delivery, storage, monitoring, and similar vendors that process information for us under applicable contractual and security obligations.
• For legal and security reasons: We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, or investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• Business transactions: Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.

Payments

Paid subscriptions for our Wix App Market applications are processed through Wix's billing system. RealEstatePlugins applications do not need to collect your card or bank credentials in order to charge an App Market subscription.

Cookies, analytics, and consent

RealEstatePlugins.com may use cookies or similar technologies for essential website operation, security, and analytics. Our marketing website may use analytics services such as Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager. Where consent is required, use of non-essential cookies should follow the applicable consent choices.

Our Wix widgets are designed to respect the host site's visitor experience and are not intended to place advertising cookies for RealEstatePlugins' own marketing purposes. Wix and other services used by the site owner may separately process information under their own policies.

Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. For Mortgage Calculator Pro, uninstalling the app schedules deletion of RealEstatePlugins-hosted data for that Wix app instance after a 30-day reinstall grace period; reinstalling cancels the pending purge. This scheduled purge covers Mortgage Pro settings, consented leads and calculation context, activity/telemetry and delivery metadata, received Wix lifecycle payloads, and outbound-webhook configuration/history. It cannot delete copies already delivered by email, exported by a site owner, or delivered to a site-owner-controlled webhook endpoint. A site owner or data subject may request earlier deletion as described below.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Production application traffic is required to use HTTPS. App credentials are kept server-side and are not intentionally embedded in public widget bundles. Access to app data is scoped by Wix app instance, and sensitive feature access is enforced on the server. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users should also protect their Wix accounts and devices.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email support@realestateplugins.com. We may need to verify your identity and, for data submitted through a customer's site, identify the relevant Wix site/app instance before fulfilling the request.

If you submitted information to a real estate professional through one of our widgets, you may also contact that site owner directly regarding information they control and use independently.

International use

Our services may be operated using infrastructure in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Where applicable, we use appropriate measures for transfers and processing required by data-protection law.

Children

Our services are intended for business users and general real-estate audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 for our own purposes. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our service, contact us so we can review and address the request.

Third-party sites and services

Our website and applications may link to or interoperate with Wix or other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties that we do not control.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our products, service providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy at this URL and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service when appropriate.
